 What are your shipping methods?

 We offer standard shipping for all orders made via Spring Sense Online Store.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays.)
We use flat-rate shipping of S$2.50 (untracked) or S$4.50 (tracked).
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should arrive between 2 – 4 business days after order verification and credit approval.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping locally for subscription.

Please note that if you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can select expedited shipping. Increased shipping costs will be applied at checkout for this service.

What is your refund policy?

Although we wish you will fall in love with us, we understand sometimes things just don’t work out. Any item purchased via our single pack or Get started page can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. Valid for first-time customers (one shipping address only). This is to encourage buyers to try it out and experience the efficacy of our products. This is a way to prevent any sort of abuse of our system by buying in bulk and requesting refunds.

To be eligible for a return, please include your order number and product details in the email.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

Can I return a Spring Sense product purchased at a retail location through your website?

We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on We have great relationships with our retailer partners and if you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy.

When will I see my refund?

After we receive your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method.
